You’ve been seeing celebrities on red carpets wearing some extra fabric around their waist. You’re probably staring at it with mixed feeling, it’s attractive in a weird way. Well that little bunched up fabric at the waist line is called a peplum and I’m sure you’ve seen it before on the edges of blazers and jackets.
