You’ve been seeing celebrities on red carpets wearing some extra fabric around their waist. You’re probably staring at it with mixed feeling, it’s attractive in a weird way. Well that little bunched up fabric at the waist line is called a peplum and I’m sure you’ve seen it before on the edges of blazers and jackets. Recently, when the trend came in this year, it’s just gotten more exaggerated and been popping up on dresses and skirts.
